Shipment:

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately. Each item requires a certain amount of time to manufacture and prepare before it is shipped.

- Most orders ship within 1-7 days.

- During Q4 and peak season processing may take 7-14 days.

- It may happen that several products are delivered in different packaging and at different times.

These are estimated delivery times. In some cases delays may occur.

Processing the order:

We ship daily Monday through Saturday. Orders may not ship immediately due to stock issues or missing order information.

PLEASE NOTE: Size, color and address changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. No cancellation of orders. All orders are final.

Insurance of delivery:

We undertake to reship your order free of charge in case of a lost or not received package. This is rare, but this way all your purchases are insured and covered.

Shipping protection:

For 2.99 € you have well insured shipping.
Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

The insurance cover takes effect immediately after the purchase has been completed and is valid until the customer has received the goods safely and undamaged.

Difference between shipping and delivery:

Shipping and delivery are often confusing because the two terms are used differently.

Main difference:

- Shipping: The day the shipment leaves the supplier's warehouse.
- Delivery: The day on which the package arrives at the customer.

We always offer free shipping.

Track your order
You can track your order via our Track and Trace page. The shipment tracking
can always be tracked online 2 - 3 days after your order, so you know exactly
know exactly when you can expect your products at home.
